Administrative Management 

  • Committed support to Board of Directors
  • Coordination with legal matters
  • Assistance with incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in the coordination of General Member meetings including the Annual meeting
  • Attend and assist with Board of Director meetings and when requested committee meetings
  • Monitoring of local/national laws and advice on pertinent legislative issues
  • Obtain competitive bids for services as requested by Board of Directors
  • Coordinate the selection of insurance providers and policies with Board approval
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors hired by the association

  • Prepare Board Packet including Management Reports 

Physical Management 

  • Supervision of maintenance personnel
  • Frequent review of community, including scheduled site visits 
  • Site visits to monitor contractor performance
  • Assistance in enforcement of community association covenants, conditions, and restrictions
  • ARC and CC&R tracking
  • Liaise with city/state/county authorities as needed (police, fire, claims adjusters, neighborhood watch, etc.)
  • Full reporting to Board of Directors
