- Coordination with legal matters
- Assistance with incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the coordination of General Member meetings including the Annual meeting
- Attend and assist with Board of Director meetings and when requested committee meetings
- Monitoring of local/national laws and advice on pertinent legislative issues
- Obtain competitive bids for services as requested by Board of Directors
- Coordinate the selection of insurance providers and policies with Board approval
- Coordinate and monitor contractors hired by the association

- Prepare Board Packet including Management Reports
Physical Management - Supervision of maintenance personnel
- Frequent review of community, including scheduled site visits
- Site visits to monitor contractor performance
- Assistance in enforcement of community association covenants, conditions, and restrictions
- ARC and CC&R tracking
- Liaise with city/state/county authorities as needed (police, fire, claims adjusters, neighborhood watch, etc.)
- Full reporting to Board of Directors
- 24-hour availability/on-call maintenance
